Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 8–18 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 CAD. Orders under $45 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@easybuy.fit.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada and select international destinations. Shipping times and fees for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@easybuy.fit with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship anything back until you have our confirmation.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

Email us a photo of the issue at support@easybuy.fit and we'll replace the item or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Products and Ordering

Are your products safe to use?

Yes. All products on EasyBuy Fit are reviewed for safety before listing. If you have a specific health condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any therapeutic device.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we may have already begun processing. Email us immediately at support@easybuy.fit and we'll do our best to help.

My item looks slightly different from the photos — is that normal?

Minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and photography lighting. If the difference is significant or the item doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.

Account and Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access order history, but it's completely optional.

How is my personal information protected?

Your personal information is used only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
